In a remarkable demonstration of efficiency and teamwork, Mint Building Services has successfully completed the ACMV and electrical services for the refurbishment program at Hotel Ora, Resorts World Sentosa’s latest lifestyle lodging destination. Appointed in November 2022, Mint delivered all contracted services within a swift 10-week timeframe, underscoring the project's fast-track nature.
Formerly known as Festive Hotel, Hotel Ora has been rebranded and revamped into a premium lifestyle resort that embodies the spirit of "now" — from its name ‘Ora’, the Italian word for ‘now’, to its vibrant new offerings. The hotel is designed to cater to contemporary business-leisure (bleisure) travelers, blending work, play, and social connectivity seamlessly.
Mint’s role in the transformation of Hotel Ora involved critical updates to the hotel, enhancing the guest experience significantly. The successful completion of the project is a testament to the seamless collaboration among all members of the project team, who were unified in their goal to rapidly enhance and modernize the guest experience.
Hotel Ora now features smart co-working amenities, mobile working spaces, and contemporary rooms tailored for the needs of modern travelers. These facilities are complemented by sophisticated, sustainable features such as high-speed Wi-Fi, USB ports, power sockets alongside each work-friendly table, and eco-conscious in-room amenities.
The property also boasts an array of leisure facilities, including multi-functional rooms, an alfresco terrace, an outdoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym, all set within the bustling Resorts World Sentosa.
