It houses 37 learning spaces, three computer labs and two clinical skills labs equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. This strategic relocation aims to strengthen Curtin’s global presence, foster innovation, and enhance partnerships with industry professionals, organisations, and researchers. It is a significant leap towards creating a nexus of learning, research, and community engagement across the Indian Ocean Rim.

Mint Building Services played a crucial role in realising the vision for the new Curtin Singapore Campus, ensuring that the facility was not only state-of-the-art in terms of its educational infrastructure but also exemplified efficiency, and the promotion of well-being among its users. Mint’s involvement encompassed the electrical, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), plumbing, and fire protection aspects of the campus's construction. By implementing cutting-edge solutions across these services, Mint ensured the campus was equipped to provide an exceptional educational environment.
