Introduction

Mint Building Services was appointed in December 2024 to design and build the full mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for Coriander Leaf's new flagship location at 20 Craig Road.

Coriander Leaf, a celebrated institution in Singapore's dining scene renowned for innovative Pan-Asian cuisine, relocated from its longstanding outlet at CHIJMES on 11 January 2025 and officially opened at Craig Road on 17 March 2025.

Reliable M&E Solutions for an exceptional culinary experience

Mint's role encompassed the comprehensive design and installation of all M&E services across the 4,500 sq ft space, including:

  • Full kitchen mechanical and electrical systems ensuring optimal operational efficiency and adherence to stringent safety and hygiene standards.

  • Front-of-house M&E services including climate control, ventilation, lighting, and power systems that enhance the ambiance and comfort of the dining experience.

  • Back-of-house infrastructure to support seamless restaurant operations, staff facilities, and efficient service flow.

The project required meticulous planning and coordination to meet the high standards and specific operational needs of Coriander Leaf.

Mint successfully delivered a robust, sophisticated, and reliable M&E infrastructure, tailored specifically to Coriander Leaf’s operational and aesthetic requirements. The completion of this project not only marked a seamless transition for Coriander Leaf to their new flagship location but also reinforced Mint’s reputation for agility, quality, and attention to detail in the hospitality sector.
