The store aimed to provide an immersive shopping experience, showcasing the firm's innovative products and services.
Creating the right environment
Mint Building Services role was pivotal in bringing the vision for the new retail space to life, embodying the global technology firm’s standards for modernity and minimalism. The store is distinguished by clean lines, luminous lighting, and expansive areas, creating an inviting atmosphere that tastefully exhibit the company’s products. Mint’s comprehensive services, including air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS), were integral to achieving the high level of detail and coordination required for the store’s sophisticated interior.

Spanning two levels, the façade of the store is enveloped in double-height glass panes, except for areas accented with polished stone panels meticulously cut to feature a backlit logo of the technology firm. The execution demanded meticulous planning and coordination across all services, especially considering most fittings were custom-made. A detailed and comprehensive procurement strategy, coupled with Mint’s engineering expertise, ensured the project was delivered on time for the mall’s opening.
