Mint Building Services played a crucial role in bringing this project to fruition by delivering comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) services.
Creating the right environment
Mint Building Services was responsible for the complete MEPF services across the 60,000 square feet of the TRX Food Exchange. The space features 17 food kiosks, a large beverage kiosk, dishwasher rooms, an ice-making facility, and various seating areas, all designed around a grand focal staircase. These facilities required advanced infrastructure to support the diverse and bustling dining environment, ensuring functionality and convenience for both vendors and guests.

Mint Building Services installed state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, robust electrical systems, and efficient mechanical systems to support daily operations. This meticulous approach ensured that all areas, from food kiosks to seating spaces, were equipped to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors.
