Introduction

Mint Building Services has successfully completed the MEP package for EA Sports' new corporate office in The Exchange 106, located in Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle. This project reflects Mint's capability to deliver high-quality services in complex corporate environments, creating a functional and inspiring workspace for EA Sports.

Creating the right environment

The EA Sports office spans 20,000 square feet in The Exchange 106, a modern and luxurious building within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). From January 2024 to its completion in April 2024, Mint provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services. These installations were key to developing a workspace that embodies EA Sports' innovative and energetic brand, enhancing their operational capabilities.
