Mint Building Services has been awarded the contract for mechanical services installations for a new luxury hotel in Resorts World Sentosa. The hotel, taking over the site of the former Hard Rock Hotel, will feature over 350 rooms, including deluxe rooms, suites, and a new presidential suite.

Work commenced in early October 2024, and will be completed in phases for handover in 2025. This project builds on Mint’s steady presence in the hotels sector, following the successful completion of the Hotel Ora refurbishment at Resorts World Sentosa in September 2023, where Mint delivered MEPF upgrades within a swift 10-week timeframe, demonstrating its efficiency and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Mint focusses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions for complex projects, ensuring that client requirements are met without unnecessary delays or complications. Mint is excited to leverage its expertise in luxury hospitality developments, further enhancing its reputation in this demanding sector.
