Mint secures contract for infrastructure upgrade of Grade A office tower

Mint Building Services has been awarded a significant project at a 40-storey Grade A office tower in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. Tasked with upgrading the mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure, Mint will revitalise 18,000 sq ft of prime commercial space across two floors.

Awarded in June 2024, the project is slated for completion by September 2024. This contract underscores Mint's reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality M&E solutions within demanding timelines in Singapore’s most prestigious commercial spaces.
