Spicing up Singapore’s dining scene with Mint’s M&E completion for Coriander Leaf
Mint successfully delivered comprehensive M&E solutions for Coriander Leaf's vibrant new flagship restaurant at 20 Craig Road.
01 April 2025
Mint Building Services has completed the comprehensive M&E design and build for Coriander Leaf’s flagship outlet at 20 Craig Road, working closely with the main contractor, S&techs Singapore. This accomplishment reaffirms Mint’s capability in executing detailed, high-quality engineering solutions tailored specifically for the dynamic demands of the dining sector.
Mint commenced the M&E design in December 2024, following Coriander Leaf’s decision to relocate from their long-time home at CHIJMES. The team delivered the works on schedule, with the new space officially opening to diners on 17 March 2025.
Coriander Leaf—a beloved name in Singapore’s Pan-Asian dining scene—now operates out of a 4,500 sq ft venue that includes a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming front-of-house, and a back-of-house optimised for smooth operational flow.
From ventilation and air-conditioning to lighting and power systems, Mint handled the complete mechanical and electrical fit-out. The result is an infrastructure tailored to the restaurant’s functional demands and dining experience standards—delivered with the precision, coordination, and quality Mint is known for.
