In October 2024, Mint Building Services was awarded the contract to deliver a comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) package for the iconic One Farrer Hotel. With over 700 pieces of original contemporary art, tropical gardens, and unique accommodations like the Mint Hotel, Loft Apartments, and Sky Villas, One Farrer offers an immersive guest experience across its 20-level property.
This refurbishment aims to elevate the overall guest experience, and Mint’s approach is tailored to achieve precise execution within a live hotel environment, prioritising guest comfort and operational efficiency. With a strong track record in hospitality MEPF solutions, Mint is committed to meeting stringent timelines and enhancing asset value for operators and developers alike. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in January 2025.
