Mint completes mechanical services delivery for The Laurus as Singapore’s newest all-suite luxury resort opens at Resorts World Sentosa

Mint Building Services has completed its mechanical services installations for The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, Singapore, supporting the opening of Resorts World Sentosa’s newest luxury hospitality development.

The Laurus officially opened on 1 October 2025 at Resorts World Sentosa, marking the debut of Singapore’s first The Luxury Collection-branded property under Marriott International.

Built on the former Hard Rock Hotel site, The Laurus is a major addition to Resorts World Sentosa’s hospitality portfolio and signals the next chapter in the precinct’s ongoing evolution.

The property is a five-storey, 183-suite, all-suite luxury hotel, positioned as a private retreat within the integrated resort environment. The hotel is located at 28 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098139.

Mint commenced work in early October 2024, following the award of the mechanical services installation contract. Delivery progressed through phased completion and handovers across 2025, aligned with the broader construction and commissioning programme leading up to opening.

This project continues Mint’s track record in the hospitality sector—where programme certainty, coordination discipline, and high-quality execution are non-negotiable.

Developed in collaboration between Resorts World Sentosa and Marriott International, The Laurus is designed to deliver a “home-away-from-home” experience rooted in Singapore’s heritage and tropical character.
