Minting a new era with the unveiling of a new office in Kuala Lumpur’s hub

22 October 2024
Mint Building Services celebrates the opening of a new office in Kuala Lumpur’s Sentral Vista, reinforcing its presence in Malaysia after notable project successes. The strategically placed office aims to boost operational efficiency and foster closer client connections in the region.

Following the successful completion of several high-profile projects in Malaysia, including the Dyson Development Centre in October 2019 and the recent appointment to the TRX Food Exchange, Mint Building Services is solidifying its presence in the region with the opening of a new office in Kuala Lumpur. Located in the heart of Brickfields at L12-6 Menara Sentral Vista, No 150 Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, the new office space will serve as a hub for Mint’s growing operations in Malaysia.

The new office is strategically situated within Sentral Vista, a modern 20-storey commercial office building that boasts direct access to KL Sentral, Malaysia’s integrated transportation and commercial nexus. This location not only enhances Mint Building Services’ accessibility to major transportation routes but also positions the company within walking distance of the NU Sentral Mall and directly opposite the Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station.

“Establishing a permanent base in Kuala Lumpur represents a significant step forward for Mint Building Services as we continue to expand our operations across Southeast Asia”

—   Mark Donlon, managing director at Mint Building Services

Sentral Vista is designed to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, offering modern amenities, high security, and a prestigious corporate image. Facilities at the building include high-speed lifts, advanced IT infrastructure, three-tier security systems, individual toilets, pantries, and a grand marble flooring lobby, among others. The building is the first modern commercial office structure in Brickfields and offers unrivalled exposure with its high visibility from Jalan Syed Putra and the Federal Highway.

“The opening of our new office in Sentral Vista marks a significant step for Mint Building Services in Malaysia. We invite our clients and contractors to make full use of this space, which underscores our commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service,” added Donlon. “This expansion is poised to play a crucial role in our continued growth and success throughout Asia.”
