Scoring a project completion for EA Sports office in Kuala Lumpur’s Exchange 106

Mint Building Services has successfully brought EA Sports' corporate office to life in the prestigious Exchange 106 tower within Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle.

In a significant stride within the corporate fitout sector, Mint Building Services has completed the MEP package for the fit-out of EA Sports' new corporate office located in The Exchange 106 building, Kuala Lumpur. This achievement underscores Mint's growing reputation for delivering high-quality services in complex environments.

This project marks Mint's second successful venture within Malaysia’s vibrant international centre for finance and business.

With a 30-year history of bringing millions of people together through its best-selling video game brands, EA Sports aimed to improve its operational capabilities in Kuala Lumpur, a key hub in Asia's rapidly developing tech and entertainment scene. The new office at The Exchange 106 is designed to foster innovation and teamwork, strengthening EA Sports' presence in the area.

The project commenced in January 2024 and was completed in April 2024. Spanning 20,000 square feet, the fit-out has created an environment that mirrors EA Sports' dynamic and innovative brand ethos.
