Mint Building Services recently completed the M&E design and build of 27 Degrees West, an upscale restaurant located within the International Building on Orchard Road, Singapore.
Awarded in March 2024 and completed in June 2024, this 4,000 sq ft project showcases Mint’s fully integrated design and build capabilities. Our in-house design teams were engaged from the project’s inception, ensuring tailored solutions that guarantee both efficiency and innovation. 27 Degrees West invites guests on an exhilarating journey through India’s culinary wonders, blending traditional flavors with a modern twist. The ‘vibe dining’ concept, along with a captivating cocktail bar adjacent to the restaurant, promises an unforgettable experience with creative cocktails and an electrifying ambiance.
Mint handled the complete fit-out of 27 Degrees West, including MEP installations. Key design elements enhance its unique ambiance and functionality.
The entrance area features sliding glass operable walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, pendant lights provide a warm atmosphere, while the interior bar and lounge boast wavy ceiling designs, adding a touch of avant-garde Indian style.
The restaurant is divided into two sections: an outdoor area that blends with the lush greenery and an indoor area with contemporary decor.
The successful completion of 27 Degrees West elevates the dining scene on Orchard Road, showcasing Mint Building Services’ expertise in design, build, and MEP installations.
