YETI is a global outdoor lifestyle brand known for durable coolers and drinkware. The APAC hub required a high-performance workplace with flexible services, clean finishes, and reliable day-one operation. The workplace followed YETI’s first flagship store in Asia at One Bangkok, opened in February 2025.

Reliable M&E Solutions for an exceptional culinary experience

Mint’s scope covered the comprehensive design and installation of all services, including:

• ACMV with ceiling cassette systems, fresh-air provision, and balanced distribution tuned to the plan
• Electrical distribution with plug-and-play power at desk clusters, clean routing for future churn, and coordinated lighting control
• Plumbing and fire protection sized to occupancy and code, with discreet containment to protect interior finishes
• Low-voltage/structured cabling, backbone to outlets, with full testing and commissioning

The programme demanded lean coordination and early procurement aligned to buildability. Grid set-outs, cassette placement, and tray routes were locked early to avoid clashes, while QA/QC checks kept workmanship consistent through installation and close-out.

Outcome

Mint delivered a robust, tidy, and flexible MEPF infrastructure that supports day-one operations and simple reconfiguration as the team grows. The result is a workplace that combines functionality with a clean aesthetic, reinforcing Mint’s reputation for agility, quality, and dependable handovers in fast-track office environments.
