Cooling the competition: Mint delivers YETI’s APAC workplace in Bangkok

Mint Building Services has completed the full MEPF design and build for YETI’s new APAC workplace in Bangkok, marking Mint’s first completed project under its Thailand operations.

Delivered on a 14-week programme, the project reflects Mint’s trademark agility — balancing speed, precision, and coordination under a tight timeline. Working alongside the main contractor, Mint provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring a seamless handover and operational readiness from day one.

Appointed to bring YETI’s regional office to life, Mint adopted a delivery method focused on early alignment with site teams, firm lead-time commitments from suppliers, and buildability-led design coordination. This disciplined approach ensured every installation supported the client’s goals for durability, comfort, and efficiency.
